Infants are not capable of harm, the sweetest and most innocent children in the world. Take some time and look at the photos of a baby in the womb of it's mother. It looks just like a baby, in the earlier it may look not exactly like us, but when a human is 3m it doesn't have all the parts it will when it is done growing, it is still a human though.
